St. Joseph has helped
The ensemble of the farmer's house, the barn and the chapel grew step by step around the old renovated corn chamber. Some beams were isotope-dated to the 17th century. The 18th century came with trials and the farmers - in gratitude - erected the St. Joseph chapel with antique paintings from Anton Josef Zoller - a well visisted landmark to the present day.

Since 2012, the Stuchtey family is managing the Kollreid farm. Six children are bringing life and laughter to the Kollreid mountain hide-away.
